Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. The store has NO minimum order policy and you are free to check out as few or as many items as you would like.
We accept All Visa and Mastercard credit/debit card payment, UK issued Cheques, Postal Orders, Bank Drafts. If you are shopping from North America, EU or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euros or your own currency. Alternative pricing in Euros as listed in our store is for reference purposes and is not based on real-time exchange rates. Please refer to your home bank regarding their policy on foreign transactions. You can securely pay for your goods through our credit card payment service providers :PAYPAL and NOCHEX.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling We are able to deliver throughout the UK (including the Isle of Man and The Scottish Islands) and Northern Ireland. Colour Couture has a transparent flat delivery charge structure so charges are placed per order regardless of how many items you order or your total basket value.

International orders may be subject to import/custom tax. Colour Couture cannot be held responsible for any of these charges. If an order is rejected due to custom/import tax, refunds given will be less international delivery cost and any other administration charges we incur due to this. | Delivery Schedule We aim to process all orders the same day it is received. We will normally send your UK order to you in 2-5 working days (unless priority shipping is selected during checkout) . International orders are generally received in under 10 days. However, because we make use of external postal services (Royal Mail), we can not be held liable for delayed deliveries beyond our control |
| Tax Charges At present, we do not charge our customers VAT and so our prices do not include standard UK VAT at 17.5%. However, please note that this tax-free position is unlikely to indefinitely remain for orders from within the UK or the European Union. |
| Credit Card Security When an order is placed at our website, on checking out, you will be forwarded to enter your credit/debit card details on the secure pages of our payment service providers. Colour Couture does not see these details. Our credit card payment services providers (NOCHEX and PAYPAL Europe) are industry leader in secure ecommerce transactions and host payment pages using the highest level of encryption so your details are not held in clear text on any web site. Both companies are registered as Electronic payment providers with Financial Service Authority (FSA) and are recognised to subscribe to the FSA code of practise. |
Guarantee Colour Couture operates a 'If you don't like it, return it in 14-days' policy. This means that you can return your jewellery for whatever reason within 14days. A Return Authorisation Code (RAC) must be requested from Colour Couture within 7 days of delivery.
All items for return or exchange must have a Return Authorisation Code (RAC), which can be obtained by emailing us at returns@TheColourCouture.com. Once you have received your RAC, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you.
Colour Couture will not accept returns for any items that have been worn and tags removed. Returned items received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Colour Couture and can only be refunded as a merchandise credit.
Exchanges are possible, but exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. You will be responsible for returning the item to Colour Couture but we will ship you exchanged item free.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. Upon receipt of a faulty item, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day.

Remittance Terms All our jewellery come with a 14-day guarantee period.
