| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. The store has NO minimum order policy and you are free to check out as few or as many items as you would like. We accept All Visa and Mastercard credit/debit card payment,. If you are shopping from North America, EU or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euros or your own currency. Please refer to your home bank regarding their policy on foreign transactions. You can securely pay for your goods through our credit card payment service provider: PAYPAL When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. | Returns Policy Colour Couture operates a 'If you don't like it, return it in 14-days' policy. This means that you can return your jewellery for whatever reason within 14days. A Return Authorisation Code (RAC) must be requested from Colour Couture within 7 days of delivery. All items for return or exchange must have a Return Authorisation Code (RAC), which can be obtained by emailing us at returns@TheColourCouture.com. Once you have received your RAC, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you. Colour Couture will not accept returns for any items that have been worn and tags removed. Returned items received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Colour Couture and can only be refunded as a merchandise credit. Exchanges are possible, but exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. You will be responsible for returning the item to Colour Couture but we will ship you exchanged item free. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. Upon receipt of a faulty item, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day. Email us customersevices@TheColourCouture.com or use the contact us form available from our home page and we'll send out information on how to return the item(s) back to us. All refunds are subject to the item(s) being returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. |
