|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. The store has NO minimum order policy and you are free to check out as few or as many items as you would like.|
We accept All Visa and Mastercard credit/debit card payment,. If you are shopping from North America, EU or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euros or your own currency. Please refer to your home bank regarding their policy on foreign transactions. You can securely pay for your goods through our credit card payment service provider: PAYPAL
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

First class recorded delivery.FREE. [Royal Mail 1st Class post: 2-5 working days]. We do not accept liability for any lost or undelivered item.
Special delivery: £4.99 (Royal mail Next day delivery)
Next day delivery is guaranted and goods are insured in the unlikely event that the package is lost.
|Delivery Schedule Items will be dispatched within 3-5 days after your order has been recieved. This is exclusive of Royal mail delivery times.|
|Back Orders We aim to create exclusive one-of-a kind creations; as such back orders are generally unavailble. If you see a piece or style you like, we might be able to create a custom order for you. Please email for enquires email@example.com|
|Credit Card Security When an order is placed at our website, on checking out, you will be forwarded to enter your credit/debit card details on the secure pages of our payment service providers. Colour Couture does not see these details. Our credit card payment services providers PAYPAL Europe an industry leader in secure ecommerce transactions and host payment pages using the highest level of encryption so your details are not held in clear text on any web site.|

|Returns Policy Colour Couture operates a 'If you don't like it, return it in 14-days' policy. This means that you can return your jewellery for whatever reason within 14days. A Return Authorisation Code (RAC) must be requested from Colour Couture within 7 days of delivery.|
All items for return or exchange must have a Return Authorisation Code (RAC), which can be obtained by emailing us at returns@TheColourCouture.com. Once you have received your RAC, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you.
Colour Couture will not accept returns for any items that have been worn and tags removed. Returned items received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Colour Couture and can only be refunded as a merchandise credit. Exchanges are possible, but exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. You will be responsible for returning the item to Colour Couture but we will ship you exchanged item free.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. Upon receipt of a faulty item, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day.
